Abstract

The main purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the circular economy and the business sustainability of Empresa Agraria Azucarera Andahuasi, Sayán - 2022. Regarding the methodological part, the research focused on a quantitative approach, non-experimental transectional design and correlational level. The population presented 1200 workers, of which 291 workers participated. For data management, the survey was used and a questionnaire was designed, whose data showed with an asymptotic significance lower than 0.05 (p<0. 05) and a positive and moderate correlation of 0.541 that the circular economy has a direct relationship with the corporate sustainability of the Empresa Agraria Azucarera Andahuasi, Sayán - 2022, and that, therefore, in the company in question there is a regular circular economy, that is, there is a measured application of the actions regenerate, share, optimize, close the circle, digitize and replace that allow the transition to the circular economy, leading to the fact that there is a corporate sustainability, also regular.
