Abstract

Background: With the permanent goal of improving the doctor-patient relationship and favoring the latter to assume a proactive position in the pursuit of their health, the AELI® KINETEST methodology is implemented, accepted in the OSPI since 2017, employs a different way of performing diagnosis and treatment, with a marked intention to achieve comprehensive vision of the patient, encompassing personal, family, work and other context. The methodology per se complements the clinical method and the behavior used in conventional medicine, highlights the ease in its application focused on the person and allows a rational and diverse use of the therapeutic arsenal, with high possibilities of being learned through teaching and constitute a starting point for research.
Aim: To describe the results of patient care with AELI® KINETEST.
Methodology: This is a retrospective, descriptive, cross-sectional study. The population consisted of 582 patients of the Hospital Universitario Clínico Quirúrgico "Dr. Miguel Enríquez", in the period from March 2016 to March 2019.
Results: Predominant positive evolution from the second consultation, in which they found asymptomatic 84.4% and in the third consultation 91%.
Conclusions: AELI® KINETEST is a methodology that promotes health from an integral vision of the human being, allows personal growth, control of symptoms in the short term and rapid reincorporation into work and family, the results show social acceptance and point to an immediate inclusion in the learning of health sciences.
